Plant based 'butter' made in New Zealand by Felix Wholefoods.
Vutter tastes just like cultured butter and can be used as a substitute in any recipe. It has a high smoking point and freezes well. The high content of coconut oil is what makes Vutter a solid block. This is the main difference between Vutter and other dairy free margarines where the (liquid) vegetable oils have to undergo a full or partial hydrogentation process to solidify.
You won't believe it's not butter!
